Twin Flames Traveling Within is an independent organization that operates in accordance with the principles of Twin Flames Universe. However, Twin Flames Traveling Within is not part of Twin Flames Universe, nor does it bear any responsibility for the actions of the latter, or vice versa.
Every purchase made is irrevocable. No refunds will be made.
Every session purchased must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase, after which it will expire if not used within this period.
An appointment can be changed by email up to 24 hours before the start of the session.
If the customer is not present at a scheduled session, at the latest 10 minutes after the scheduled start of this session, it will be declared expired.
Each session will end promptly at the end of the booked time slot.
Twin Flames Traveling Within are not psychologists or medical care providers and do not provide psychological or medical care in any way, nor does Twin Flames Traveling Within claim to provide services to replace psychological or medical care. By participating in Twin Flames Traveling Within sessions, the participant acknowledges that they are aware of this and also acknowledges that Twin Flames Traveling Within bears no responsibility whatsoever.
The Twin Flames Traveling Within website provides links to products that Twin Flames Traveling Within considers interesting. Twin Flames Traveling Within accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the products offered, nor for the content of the publications offered. Twin Flames Traveling Within does not hold any copyrights to the works offered.
All transactions are governed by Belgian law and only the Belgian courts are competent to hear disputes concerning transactions with Twin Flames Traveling Within, more specifically the courts of the province of Antwerp, Turnhout division.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges the applicability of these general terms and conditions. The customer declares that they have read and approved them. No order can be placed without expressly acknowledging that these general terms and conditions have been read and their applicability accepted.
By booking a session, the customer acknowledges that they are aware that the session will be recorded on video and the customer expressly grants permission for this. The customer also grants permission for Twin Flames Traveling Within to use this video material for educational purposes. When booking a session, each customer receives access to the members area of the website, where existing and future sessions are (or will be) visible.
After the period of the booked session has expired, the customer will be denied access to the membership area.
The duration of the sessions can be booked for a period of one month or one year. In the absence of a cancellation by email before the expiry date, the duration will be tacitly renewed for the same period and the corresponding cost will be charged. After 6 consecutive one-month renewals, the term will automatically be converted to a one-year term upon the 6th tacit renewal and the corresponding cost will also be charged.
The visual material offered by Twin Flames Traveling Within, both on the website, in the membership area, and on other platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc., remains the exclusive property of Twin Flames Traveling Within at all times. The customer is strictly prohibited from using the visual material offered in the membership area. Any violation of the prohibition on the use of this visual material will result in the immediate termination of membership status, prohibition of access to the membership area, and a fixed compensation of €5,000.00 per violation.
By simply registering for or participating in sessions, each member undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the sessions and to respect the privacy of other members. Each member undertakes not to behave in an offensive, hateful, or (verbally) aggressive manner towards other members or employees of Twin Flames Traveling Within. Any violation in this regard will be sanctioned with the immediate termination of membership status, prohibition of access to the membership area, as well as a fixed compensation of €5,000.00 per established violation.
